   BOARD MEMBERS – Supervisor Buster asked the Assessor to submit a report in 2 weeks regarding the change on deadline to submit applications under Prop 8 and whether or not the property tax payers that were relying on the earlier announced December 31 date can still be accommodated.

   STATE BUDGET UPDATE – Supervisor Tavaglione reported that the State Budget still has not been approved and that if no State budget is in place by February 1, 2009, the state will probably issue IOU”s and/or defer payments.

(334,595 sq. ft. warehouse, 26,000 sq. ft. office, 10,000 sq. ft. mezzanine) on 19.21 gross acres of a 35.96 gross acre site.  The project proposes 586 parking spaces, one (1) parcel that will remain vacant, and one (1) detention/infiltration basin.  The project will be divided in two phases divided by buildings A1 to A7 and B1 to B4.

16.2    TRANSPORTATION & LAND MANAGEMENT AGENCY/PLANNING:  Public Hearing on CHANGE OF ZONE NO. 7687 – CEQA EXEMPT – County Initiative – Winchester, Jurupa, Anza, Nuevo and Cahuilla Areas - Lakeview / Nuevo, Riverside Extended Mountain and Jurupa Area Plans – 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 5th Districts.  Recommendation of Planning Staff for Tentative Approval of ZC 7687 to change the zone from Light Agriculture with Poultry (A-P) to One Family Dwellings (R-1) for APN: 310-230-011, 012, & 026, to change the existing Light Agriculture with Poultry (A-P) to Light Agriculture (10 Acre Minimum) (A-1-10) for APN’s 575-120-010 and 572-310-001, and to change the existing Light Agriculture with Poultry (A-P) to Manufacturing Service Commercial (MS-C) for APN 162-220-016.
