   Supervisor Tavaglione asked Executive office to look into 2010 Census to make sure we’re well organized.

 

   Supervisor Buster asked staff to look into potential cost savings and more efficiencies by sharing communication towers across county line with San Bernardino and other counties and to report back with the next PSEC progress report.

 

   Supervisor Stone mentioned the three “Extreme Choice Youth Conferences” his office is sponsoring and invited other district staff to come witness. Next two will be in Menifee Valley and in Temecula.

9.6       Henry Escalera spoke regarding a safety issue.

 

9.7       Randy Fitzpatrick spoke regarding the five year lock on his property by County Counsel and Code enforcement and would like the Board to help him remove it.

 

9.8       Robert Mabee read his statement into the record.

 

9.9       Garry Grant spoke regarding transparency in RDA.

 

9.10    Jesse Limon spoke on behalf of the Fair Housing Council and wanted to clarify any notion they were having a dispute with the organization RC Help.

 

9.11    Francois Choquette of Lake Elsinore spoke regarding protesting and wanted to know where he was allowed to protest.

 

9.12    Julie Waltz read a quote from Ronald Reagan regarding freedom and she wanted to clarify some information about certain incidents involving protestors.

 

9.13    Doug Owens asked the Board to extend the six month watch added to the Ordinance 884 to all Law Enforcement activities along Gilman Hot Springs Road.

 

9.14    Mark Bunker spoke about protesting and wanted to clarify the incident involving his arrest.
